With a personal coach to help you reach your goals at every step of the way, the process will be significantly shorter. I will make a workout plan for you, and personally help you the whole way at the gym to reach your goals. If you are wondering about any kind of excercises, nutrional advise or other questions, I will be there to answer them.
This option offers you the best results, as I will guide you through excercises, you will also recieve a tailored workout plan aswell as guidance to what you should and shouldn’t consume to give you the best results at the gym.
Online Coaching

With the option of online coaching, I will be able to help you reach the goals you want to achieve, straight through video calls from your computer or phone.
We will together go through a workout-plan that is made specifically for you, and at every video-session we will go through your progress, and you will be able to raise any questions or concerns that you might have.
This would be the optimal option for anyone with a busy schedule, or located outsite of Stockholm, as you recieve a personal coach that will check up with your progress without actually having to meet up.
Specialised Workout plans

If you are interested in only focusing on one specific goal, such as building ab-muscles, or build larger legs. Then a specialised workout plan could be the best option for you.
I will personally make a specific workout plan that fits with your goals, timeframe and adapt the plan to make sure it fits specifically your own capacity, aswell as avoiding any excercises that can target previously injured areas.
This option would be the best option for anyone with a lower budget, as a “Specialised workout plan” is a one-time payment, that will give you a perfectly designed plan, helping you reach your goals by your own.
