My story
Ibrahim Bwega is my name. I was born on the 14th of April, 1990, and raised in the slums of Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. Ever since I was young, I have always been interested in sports, more specifically football. My passion for football and athletic training eventually led me to a new direction in my life.
In 2014, I took one of the biggest decisions in my life. I moved to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, with the dream of pursuing a football career. After a couple of years I unfortunately got injured, meaning I was not able to participate anymore.
This however, led me into becoming fully focused on body training and weight lifting. Lifting weights in the gym and progressively pushing my limits gave new meaning, and I soon started taking the gym very seriously
In 2023 I decided to step it up and change directions in life. I took courses in dieting and training, educated myself and got a Certificate as an International Personal Trainer, and Nutrional Advisor. I now work as an personal trainer for different athletes and people who are committed to take a new direction in life.
My main focuses as your Coach is to help you reach your own goals, and your full potential. Through diets, progressive excercise and the most important part: Motivation, I guarantee that you will see results within weeks.
